Another day, another chance to capitalize on all the action on the hardwood! The NBA has an 8-game slate for this Friday night consisting of some exciting matchups. With that, I’ve constructed my favorite NBA prop bets today.

These will focus on Paolo Banchero, Nick Richards and Bam Adebayo. Each of my picks come with expert analysis, so without further ado, here are my NBA prop bets today!

Paolo Banchero Player Prop Picks: Over 27.5 Points + Assists (-115 on BetMGM)

The Orlando Magic are quietly sitting in 4th place in the Eastern Conference. They play the New York Knicks tonight, who sit just half a game back behind them in the standings. Opposing teams seem to bring a little extra when visiting Madison Square Garden, and that’s what I envision tonight.

This is where Banchero comes into play. He’s averaging 22.9 points and 5.2 assists per game this season, indicating that this set prop line isn’t all that high. Since a two-game absence due to illness, Banchero has eclipsed this set number in 3 of his 4 games played. He’s also been on the floor for 32+ in each of those four games, so he’ll surely have opportunities.

With the Knicks a little banged up as well, take Banchero to flourish tonight in the first of my NBA prop bets today.

Nick Richards Player Prop Picks: Under 9.5 Rebounds (-120 on BetMGM)

The Charlotte Hornets meet with the Washington Wizards tonight, and I’ve got my eye on Nick Richards. Since the addition of Grant Williams, Richards’ numbers have declined, and overall, he has yet to record 10+ rebounds in 4 straight games. His season average at this point only sits at 7.9.

We understand why the line is set where it is given the opponent, but Richards isn’t reliable enough to trust. He’s played 30 minutes or less in 10 of their last 11 games, and this is also the highest set rebounding prop of all players in this matchup. Both teams are bad, and there’s no reason to trust any of their players in my NBA prop bets today.

Bam Adebayo Player Props Picks: Under 10.5 Rebounds (-110 on BetMGM)

While the Oklahoma City Thunder allow the 5th-most rebounds to opposing teams per game (53.9), they enter this bout against the Miami Heat well-rested. The same cannot be said for the Heat, who played a long game against the Dallas Mavericks just last night.

Tonight, Bam Adebayo will be matched up against Chet Holmgren, who owns a 4-inch height advantage in the matchup. Rebounds will be tough to come by for any Miami player, but Adebayo especially. He’s finished under 10.5 rebounds in 7 straight games and should do so again tonight. He rounds out my NBA prop bets today.
